Hessa Soliman lives in Kuwait, Hessa’s lifelong commitment to health and fitness led her to achieve certification as a yoga & fitness instructor in 1999. Since then she has taught classes ranging from health , fitness till Yoga. She fell in love with yoga after attending a local and international yoga workshop.
Hessa is now a yoga instructor, certified in mind/body fitness . She continues to develop her practice through workshops, seminars and self-study. Hessa began teaching power yoga in 2001. The following year, she developed a unique class that combined the disciplines of yoga.
Hessa is the Founder for " Hessa Yoga Center "
Hessa is Honorary Secretary for the International Yoga Federation in Kuwait & GULF Area. And the honorary membership in IYF.
